Having used Salmon & Collett in our previous property there was only one builder that we trusted to undertake the renovation of our home which was to incorporate necessary wheelchair adaptions for our youngest disabled son. From start to finish not only Matt & Lee but each of their employees put their hearts and souls into the build knowing that what they were doing would provide a home that would work for us rather than work against us, it has simply changed all our lives.

The empathy shown, the quality of their work combined with a totally stress-free exercise has proved that we made the correct choice. Salmon & Collett have delivered an amazing home which provides everything we need to care for both our disabled sons. There are simply no words available which convey the gratitude we feel to each of the guys involved in the build, thank you will never seem sufficient!

Salmon & Collett have been the main contractors on a significant remodel of our property - a 13 month project requiring over a thousand tons of excavations, demolition works, and ultimately the construction and finishing of the resulting property to a high specification as well alongside landscaping works on an at-times challenging creek side plot. They have worked tirelessly on the project in a considerate manner come rain, wind or shine and made incredible progress despite the coronavirus pandemic

They have demonstrated strong forward thinking ensuring all materials have been available and trades aligned despite the challenges that Covid has brought with it. At no point have we questioned our decision to appoint Lee and Matt and by extension the entire team, quite the opposite - we feel incredibly fortunate to have worked with them all on the remodel of our home. Their work ethic is beyond compare; the quality of finish incredibly good; the liaison with suppliers and other contractors has been absolutely first rate. Communications have also been exceptionally good. I'm not sure when these guys aren't working or thinking about work. They are quite clearly incredibly well connected and respected by their peers too.

Finally, they are a genuinely great bunch and have somehow made what really should have been a really stressful process, incredibly enjoyable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, no matter the size of the project, and on a personal level there is nowhere else we would go for any future project in Cornwall.
