There is a lot of history associated with this property and we have added to that with an extensive renovation, remodelling and addition of a top floor to the exsiting single storey garage, which itself has been converted to provide additional living space.

One end was entirely rebuit with large arched windows and an open air terrace above for hot tub & entertaining area. The front door was moved to a newly renovated section and arched to match the new windows.

The arches follow the theme of existing arches between rooms. Internally, a new bespoke staircase, a kitchen in the new extension and sauna & steam room have been added.

It affords stunning views across the Cornish countryside as well as ample entertaining space both inside and out with three sets of bi-fold doors, by Lux Windows and Doors, leading to decking and the garden beyond. Underfloor heating throughout is powered by an air-source heat pump, all installed by Davanna Heating.

Preserving the traditional architectural style of the buildings but creating improved facilities for both staff and visitors was in order to help the on-going growth of this successful family run business. Their farm shop, restaurant and kitchens, visitor centre - all received substantial makeovers. Even the farm animals had new abodes built for them!
